Shipping

  • Items will be shipped from USA
  • All items are preorder. Shipping is expected to take place in January/February 2025. Follow our socials for updates. 
  • All goods will be shipped with tracking, however, full tracking (end-to-end) is only available for limited countries. 
  • Please see the USPS website for shipping restrictions 
     

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

We aim to minimize damage to our packages but we cannot control conditions during transit. 

If physical goods are damaged on arrival, we may be able to offer replacements depending on leftover stock. However, buyers will have to cover the additional shipping fee. 

We unfortunately cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods.

We are not liable for damages that occur after goods have been removed from their packaging.

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Refunds are able to be processed prior to the end of the pre-ordering period. If you would like to cancel or switch to a different bundle, please contact us with: 

  • The name on the order
  • Order Number

Once the pre-order period has ended, we can not offer any refunds.

No returns or exchanges on goods will be accepted. 

If you made an error when submitting your purchase, or you have had a change in information (i.e. new address) please contact us with:

  • The name on the order
  • Order Number, and 
  • the error made and the corrected information


Should the mail service be unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information, we are not liable for the undelivered/misdelivered package and will unfortunately be unable to provide a refund or replacement. Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order.
